How It Works

Shops wishing to partner with Luxury International must meet certain criteria set out to ensure the authenticity and quality of the products on offer. Here are the details of the process:

  1. Verification of Production Means: Companies keen on becoming partners undergo stringent checks that review their production processes. This step is crucial to ensure that the products are of high quality and manufactured in line with the standards set by Luxury International.

  2. Supplier Verification: Beyond the check on production means, companies are also assessed based on their suppliers. Luxury International strives to make sure all partner shops engage with reliable and ethical suppliers.

  3. Brick-and-Mortar Stores Only: Luxury International prefers partnerships with brick-and-mortar shops. This ensures that customers can have a tangible experience with the products before making a purchase, further assuring their authenticity and quality.

Once a shop becomes a partner, they have the capability to create digital certificates for their products on the Luxury International platform. The certificate creation process is detailed and designed to verify the authenticity of each item:

  1. Product Photographs: Four photographs of the product from different angles are required. This allows potential buyers to view the product from various perspectives, getting a clear understanding of its appearance and quality.

  2. Full Description: Each certificate should include a thorough description of the product. This covers details about the material, origin, design specifics, size, and other relevant specifications. A comprehensive and transparent description ensures customers know exactly what they are purchasing.

These processes have been set up to ensure that all products listed on the Luxury International platform are authentic, of high quality, and come from trustworthy shops. This creates a safe and transparent shopping experience for all customers.

After the submission of the certificate, the following steps take place:

  1. Expert Analysis: Our team of specialists meticulously examines the submitted certificate. This includes reviewing the photographs and comparing them to the provided item description to ensure consistency and authenticity.

  2. Verification: If any discrepancies or issues arise during the analysis, the partner shop may be contacted for further clarifications. Our primary goal is to ensure that every item's description matches its actual characteristics as depicted in the photos.

  3. Approval & Digital Certificate Issuance: Once our specialists confirm the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted certificate, both the customer and the shop will receive the approved digital certificate in their email. This not only serves as a guarantee of the item's authenticity but also provides an added layer of confidence for the buyer in their purchase.
